Rigorous
We will pay deep attention to what is going on for you, and how you would like things to work out, applying the best-in-class thinking tools usually reserved for strategy consultants serving blue-chip clients. We will make sure we ask the right questions and consider a complete set of possible answers.
Relational
We will also pay attention to the complex human system you work in, recognising that uncertainties and disagreements are part of any change journey and that both play out in the realm of relationships. That includes our relationship.
Together
Together not only refers to how we will work simultaneously with concepts that might seem like they oppose each other, such as "rigorous and relational" or "simple and complex." It also refers to how what you learn about yourself through engaging in coaching might give us clues about how you relate to others.
